Your stance is your anchor. Learn how to position your feet, balance your weight, and stay perfectly still during your throw.

If your lower body is wobbly, your arm cannot be consistent. Your stance provides the platform for the entire throw.

Front-Facing vs Sideways

Most modern pros stand almost 90 degrees to the board. This allows for a more natural arm alignment and prevents the hip from interfering with the follow-through.

80-90% of your weight should be on your forward foot. The back foot is purely for balance and stabilizer.
