How to Request Deletion

To request that your data be deleted from our systems, please follow these steps:

  3. Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity to ensure that the request is legitimate and to protect your account from unauthorized access.

What Data Is Deleted?

Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete the following information:

  • Your user profile and registration details (name, email, etc.).
  • Your historical statistics and training data.
  • Your forum posts and community contributions (unless you choose to keep them anonymized).
  • Subscription details (billing history may be retained for legal and tax purposes).

Retention Periods

We typically process deletion requests within 30 days. Please note that some information may be retained for longer periods to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
