Broken Swiss Point in the Board - Help!

My Target Swiss Point just snapped off flush with the barrel! I thought these were supposed to be easy to change? What do I do now?

Use the Swiss Point tool! It should still be able to grip the broken end if there's any fragment left. If not, you might need a specialist removal tool.

I don't have the tool on me. Can I use pliers?
